Stop calling ME!
I started receiving calls from National Action Financial services about month ago. Its always a recorded message and there is very rarely even an option to talk to a representative. It just leaves a number to call. I finally got a hold of a representative and she said that she would take me off the calling list. They are still calling me. I am not this Donald Rose person they are looking for nor do I even know a person named that. I am sick of getting calls, sometimes a few times a day for a debt I don't owe after I wasted my minutes trying to get a hold of them and telling them to stop calling me. I am now just pissed. If they really wanted to collect on a debt they would go oh this isn't the person we are looking for lets use our energy and resources to find him, instead of continuing to call me.

National Action Financial Services-Won't Answer
They keep calling and leaving voicemails on my phone. The message isn't very clear nor does it say who they are calling about. It says to contact a person but you can't understand the name it gives. You can call back with the number they give you and it says waiting for a representive and then no one answers and it directs you to auto answer and allows you to leave a message. When it comes on though it says the users inbox is full and won't allow you to do anything what so ever. I owe a debt but I owed it after this company had been harrassing me for many months. I would just like them to stop or at least contact them to get a hold and see what it is about. Any direct numbers? I tried looking on the internet but couldn't find any direct number or even a website to contact.

Harrassment
National Action Financial has been calling me for ever a year. I have checked my credit report and their is no reason for them to call me. I have nothing against me that should be handled by some place attempting to collect a debt. I want this to stop! I can't get anyone when I call back. They are wasting minutes on my phone! Leave me alone! Can anyone enlighten me as to why I should be bothered by this place or even they have to call me if it is someone elses debt?!?! I want to see this stop!

Annoying phone calls for no reason whatsoever.
I received a discharge from bankruptcy almost a year ago. Currently, I have no debts. Interestingly enough, these fools only started calling a couple of months ago. I know, we're suppose to tremble in our boots when the authoritative voice summons us to call this company back, but since nobody's name is mentioned, and neither is any particular debt, it's like a fly buzzing around one's head β bothersome, but not life-threatening. So why should I call back? I have read numerous accounts of people who did, and were screamed at, insulted, threatened, and worse. But what can you expect from a company owned by a unethical, greedy wog?

Told me to shut up
This company has been calling me for 2 months with an automated system that will not let me talk to any one. I have to waste my minutes calling them back and when i do they are rude. The most recent time 06/08/2010 at 2:55pm I was called by them and immediatly called back to talk to someone. I told the person who answered the phone and then was transfered to a person that said he was a manager and did not give his name. I told him they had been calling me for 3 months and the calls needed to stop or I would sue. Then he said you need to shut up and listen because the adults are talking. I told him I was more of an adult than he would ever be. I did not see him in Iraq fighting a war, he was the scared little *** harrassing innocent soldiers like my self.

Repeated phone calls
This company has been calling my number relentlessly for a year now. I do not owe the debt and cannot get a customer service representative when I call to correct this. The debt is $37.00 on a Block Buster account. I recently had surgery and have been requiring extensive rest to recover. These phone calls have been interupting my sleep every morning and I am fed up with the harrassment. I can't turn my phone off because I have children in school who may need me. What can I do to get in touch with them and make them stop?

NAFS calls us constantly, and we aren't even the debtor!
NAFS has called us unrelentingly for almost a year and we are not even the person in question, nor have we ever heard of her. I called NAFS a few months ago, and they promised to stop the harassing phone calls, but, they have not. Now when I call the number they leave, I only get a recording telling me how to pay this $15.48 Blockbuster debt, and I can find no way to contact them or talk to a live person. Their loyal employee is all up in arms about how ethical they are, and how they just contact debtors. They why won't they even stop harassing a wrong number or even provide a way to contact them. If anyone can figure out a way to stop NAFS's harassment without having to change out phone number, I would sincerely appreciate the help or any ideas (hey, that means one too Mr. NAFS employee. Here's your chance to prove that your company is not as evil as all the internet traffic suggests). Sincerely, NOT 'Shallace Cazarian!' but Harmony Get your facts straight NAFS!

This company is a scam!
I owe NO money but they are trying to collect debt and are harrassing me! I am tired of the endless calls and needless harrassment. I will find a way to get their license, if they have one, revoked. They are clearly a scamming company trying to take advantage of people by getting them to give personal information and then stealing money and identities. Since I have to go to 100 words to satisfy this pissed off customer site, though there is nothing more to be said, I will continue to say that this company, National Action Financial Services is a SCAM!!!!!!

Who are these people?
Over the past two weeks I've received about ten calls from a computer telling me it's been programmed to call on behalf of National Action Financial Services. I have never heard of this company, and apparently my only options are to press "1" to pay the balance or to press "*" to hear my options again. If I owe someone money, I'd be happy to pay. The balance is only about $16; but the principal that someone could extort any sum, no matter how trivial, through these tactics is appalling to me. Can someone provide me a phone number to talk with an actual human being at this company?

Fraudulant letter from National Action Financial Services INC
Got a letter stating that I owed $4013.21 to Bank of America. Here's the problem my Bank of America card was payed in full in March. There were 3 differnet phone numbers on the letter none of which were answered. And the only number that got me to a voicemail wouldn't alow me to leave a voicemail because the maibox was full. They claim their office hours are M-F 8am-4 and Sat 8-12. There is not a single name for the NAFS on the letter. Bank of America says that they owe us money. How the *** does this happen. I know that I am not the only one who has questions. As I have seen several people complain about the business practices of this 'debt collection company' I think it is absolutely appalling that they can do this. How do I go about seeking legal action against them for fraud. Please help I want them to pay me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NAFS... they are all smarter then you
Primarily, I would like to state NAFS is a collections agency. This means the people being called are no longer customers they are debtors who signed a contract stating they would pay something back. Are you people seriously so dillusional you think you need to be treated with respect. Also, I'm fairly certain the fdcpa states you can and are able to call a persons home phone, work phone, and any phone associated with them (cell phone) one time per day. That is an actual contact... for your information that means if they call and dont leave a message or dont speak with you or another individual at what ever number they are calling they can call you again. So why don't every one of you on here "b*tch*ng" realize that, in fact, the statement made by Zeebo above is correct. You are responsible for the financial crisis occuring in the economy and if a company is calling you every day based on phone numbers and information, provided for them or found, then deal with it. Seriously, if you "barrowed" 10 thousand from your family and just decided not to pay it back do you think they would be giving you the same courtesy you are suggesting and asking for? Take some responsability for you actions, quit complaining about the fact that your being called to pay back money you already spent, and maybe try reading the contracts your signing before getting a credit card or getting a vehicle loan. If you owed me $300, $3000, or $30,000 everyone the people on here would be sued already. So how about if you are that annoyed you actually pick up the phone, call back, and either pay your bill or tell them it's a wrong number and give the person on the other line a correct number (I'm fairly certain about 75% of the people getting called are a family number and know a number). If that person is willing to give your number why can't you give theirs? In essence, get over yourselves, know the laws if you are going to be complaining, and the most important take responsibilities for your own actions and pay back what you owe.

They call me everyday and I owe them nothing
I get calls everyday from a recording and they hang up before they finish the call back number I never heard of these people and I am not behind in any bills They use that "privacy directory and AT&T says I can't block them from calling. At&t has a racket now since I signed up for the do not call list every one calls thousands times a day and we can't block the number. I don't owe National Action Financial Services anything and I am sick of all the calls Why don't they start another class action suit against them

Pay your bills
i work for nafs. almost everyone on here is a debtor complaining about having to pay back the loans they took out. this crisis we are in is partly your fault. YOU are the sub prime market. the banks "banked" on peoples good intentions and you all skrewed them which is why you were sub prime in the first place. stop pointing fingers stop running away from your bills old or new and be a man(or woman) and take some responsibility for your actions. yes you had a reposesion it happens but you still owe the bank for the loan. pay them even if it is 50/m pay them

NAFS : Breakin the LAW
National action financial services, if they only knew who they were dealing with! I am a debt collector, not to shabby at it either. I have been told by many of the people I work with (debtors), thank you! I try my best to help people who are in bad situations. People are not bad because they are in debt, it happens to the best of us. They have been calling me upon a debt my spouse supposedly owes. They are the rudest, nasties *** ever!! I would never even think about treating people the way they do and not just because its against the law to do what they do but because its just not the way to treat people. Even the customers I call who scream at me and swear at me for no other reason than they are pissed I'm bothering them for a debt they owe. I understand, they may be in a bad place in their life and it sucks no way out no where to turn. These *** bags are the worst of the worst!! They tried to call and intimidate me threaten me call my spouse a lier and irresponsible, say they were going to sue if they didn't have their money in a few days. Well obviously I didn't have the money and was not going to pay they didn't even send a letter yet. And when asked to send proof they refused to mail it to me. Another thing that they did which is illegal, when asked for proof of debt they have 5 days to send it! Well its been about 10 days and they called back, leaving yet another nasty message on my answering machine thank you Mr. Roberts (a.k.a *** I'm going to have so much fun when I take them to court. Little do they know what I do for a living and that my job will also help me find a good lawyer! I feel REALLY bad for those who have fallen for these jerks, and that they don't know the laws for collections as well as I do. And thank God I do or i too may have fallen for their scare tactics.

Harrassing my family about finacial situation
they keep calling my family members regarding my personal finacial situation. i am trying to do my best and it is hard right now. there are more times than not when i have to chose to pay a bill or buy a little groceries for myself. i work a full time job but it is really hard to pay rent let alone to keep up with utilities and then they have to add embarrassment on the list of things to deal with. my family does not need to know my dire financial status. i am single and have no one else to help support me so contacting them is going to accomplish nothing. you can not get blood out of stone!
